Hello! I’m Jenna.

I’m a Memphian that really likes to feed people baked goods.

I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember (I come from a long line of bakers) but since the pandemic, I was able to create a sourdough starter and began learning the health benefits of sourdough bread. I’ve come to get giddy about a loaf of bread fresh from the oven and I’m hoping you soon feel the same. All of my baked goods are coming out of my home kitchen near Crosstown and I am sourcing as many ingredients as I can from small businesses.

Seeded Spelt Sour – $10

Sourdough bread mixed with Spelt flour and toasted Organic Seeds.

Organic bread flour & organic whole spelt flour, organic: sunflower, flax, sesame & pumpkin seeds, organic rolled oats, sea salt, & Memphis water

Chocolate Chunk Sea Salt Cookies- $2 ea.

An extra large 3 oz chewy chocolate chunk cookie topped with flaky sea salt.

Ingredients: Kerrygold Salted Butter, Organic All Purpose Flour, Maldon Sea Salt, Dark Chocolate, Vanilla, Baking Soda, Egg.
