What days can I buy baked goods?

Currently, bake days are every Wednesday and a couple Saturday’s each month. Scroll to the bottom of the page to enter your email address and receive my weekly newsletter which will let you know the schedule and menu each week!

Is everything preorder?

Yes! The Menu closes the day before at 2 pm or sell out. I typically don’t have many extras but if I do I’ll post them on instagram for claiming.

Are all your breads Sourdough?

Yes! All of my breads are “sourdough” which means they are naturally leavened with no commercial yeast. Natural leaven is a mixture of flour and water that is fermented into wild yeast.

Can I order for a private event?

Where do we pickup and do you deliver?

Pickup is on my front porch which is right across from the Crosstown Concourse building. After ordering, you will get a confirmation email with the address on the bottom.

I’m am currently offering complimentary delivery within 5 miles of Crosstown. It will be dropped off on your porch.

Where do you source your ingredients?

All of my flour comes from Janies Mill in Ashkum, IL. They are a family run organic farm and mill that produces stone ground organic flour. Salt comes from Bulls Bay Saltworks in Charleston, SC. They use solar to evaporate the salt water they retrieve from Bulls Bay. Currently using Kerrygold for all butter along with organic eggs.
