Meet the Baker!

Hello! I’m Jenna.

I’m a Memphian that really likes to feed people baked goods.

I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember (I come from a long line of bakers) but since the pandemic, I was able to create a sourdough starter and began learning the health benefits of sourdough bread. I’ve come to get giddy about a loaf of bread fresh from the oven and I’m hoping you soon feel the same. All of my baked goods are coming out of my home kitchen near Crosstown.

With my cottage bakery, I am striving to source my ingredients from small businesses. Currently my flour is being sourced from a family owned organic mill in IL, Janie’s Mill. Great ingredients along with the 3 days it takes to make 1 loaf, make this bread not anything you can buy at a chain store. I will be increasing the menu offerings as I continue to grow this cottage bakery.

I look forward to being a part of my beautiful city in this new way and hope you pick up a loaf and some pastries off my porch soon.
